After HAIDER Now Vishal Bhardwaj To Release TALWAR On 2nd October 2015

Last year, when Vishal Bhardwaj decided to release his hard-hitting film 'Haider' on the same Friday as Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif’s 'Bang Bang' was to release, everyone in the industry thought it was a mistake. But Bhardwaj proved everyone wrong. 'Haider' was not only a success story at the ticket counter, it also went on to win awards and accolades.


No wonder, October 2 seems to have become his favourite or lucky date. Thus, Bhardwaj will be releasing his next film 'Talvar' directed by Meghna Gulzar on October 2. Considering the response his last film received on October 2, 2014, rest assured that Bhardwaj will repeat his success story this year as well.


Also, those who have had a glimpse of the film are all praise for this hard-hitting film which is a fictional dramatisation of true-life events. Being produced by Junglee Pictures and VB Pictures, it boasts power-packed performances from Irrfan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Neeraj Kabi and Soham Shah. It also has Tabu in a special appearance.


And sone pe suhaga, the film has Gulzar’s lyrics, Vishal Bhardwaj’s music and cinematography by Pankaj Kumar (of Haider and Ship Of Theseus fame). This thriller is based on one of the most intriguing and talked-about double murder cases in recent history.
